Terrica has been the office manager at Urgent Family Dentistry for three years. She has gained extensive experience during her 26 years in the dental field. Terrica was born and raised in Freeport, Grand Bahama and now resides in Prosper, TX. She enjoys spending time with her family and traveling around the world. Terrica believes it is a true joy to serve all of our patients and looks forward to being a part of our practice for many years to come. She is always available to answer any questions you may have regarding any facet of your dental care in our office.
Jennifer Lopez is the patient relationship coordinator and RDA at Urgent Family Dentistry and has been a huge asset to our team since 2019. She assists the team with any front desk needs as well as in the operatory area. Jennifer grew up in Washington, D.C and moved to the DFW area in 2013. Jennifer enjoys spending time at home with her partner and two pets. She also treasures cooking, spending time outdoors, and being close to her loved ones.
Amal is the lead dental assistant at Urgent Family Dentistry. Her excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail has made her an asset to our team for four years. Amal has over three years of experience consulting patients to ensure they experience the best dental care possible. She was born and raised in Syria and moved to the United States in 2017. Amal is currently working on her dental hygiene degree to expand her knowledge in the dental field. Outside of the office, you can find Amal doing makeup and spending quality time with her family. She is happy to have gained quality experience in her time at Urgent Family Dentistry and enjoys being a part of our dedicated team.
Ali Zuaiter has been a dental assistant at Urgent Family Dentistry for almost two years. He is Palestinian and was born and raised in Dallas, TX. He has been in the dental field for two years. Ali is currently a student at the University of Texas at Dallas where he is exploring healthcare studies for pre-dental. Outside of the office, you can find Ali playing soccer. Ali enjoys being a member of our team and hopes to become a great dentist like Dr. Hamdan one day.
Ghina Alnabulsi has enjoyed assisting patients as a dental assistant at Urgent Family Dentistry since 2021. She was born and raised in Syria, and moved to the United States in 2016. Ghina has plans to obtain her accounting degree at the University of Texas at Dallas. Outside of the dental office, Ghina loves to spend time with her partner and family. Ghina also loves to spend time and play with her 3 cats.
Asrar Queisi is the treatment and insurance coordinator at Urgent Family Dentistry and has been a member of our team for about two years. In this role she assists patients with insurance benefits and schedules office appointments. Chances are if you’ve called the office, she booked your appointment! Asrar enjoys witnessing the compelling transformations in our patient’s oral health. She delights in seeing these changes and believes it is rewarding to bring back the smiles of patients they've longed for every day.
Joann Walters has been a dental hygienist since 1970. She has over 39 years of experience cleaning the teeth of patients all ages. Joann is originally from Brooklyn, NY, spent 27 years of her life in Florida and now lives in Wylie, TX. She is a mother of 3 and has a total of 5 grandchildren. During her free time, she enjoys doing water aerobics and spending time with her dog Chewy.
Iman Alsalem was born and raised in Syria Homs. When she was 14 years old she and her family had moved to the United States and have been residing in the DFW area for the past six years. She is currently a student Richland Community College and has a passion for continuing her education in science. We have had the privilege to be Iman’s first dental office she has ever worked at. She loves coming to work with a group of people she considers her family.
